Conference Activity Proposal Form

To propose an offsite activity for the Alliance of Artists Communities' 2018 Annual Conference in Philadelphia, PA please complete the following webform. The submission deadline is March 30, 2018.

Offsite activities take place in the afternoons on Wednesday, October 17 and Thursday, October 18 and aim to introduce attendees to artist-centered initiatives, spaces and projects across Philadelphia. We welcome all Philadelphia-based organizers, artists and arts administrators to propose an activity!

Activity Information

Tell us about your idea! Where will this activity or tour take place? What will be the format and approximate duration? What projects, organizations and/or individuals are involved?

The most successful offsite activities combine a mix of listening, making/engaging as well as unstructured time to connect with the activity hosts and artists.

Tours/activities generally range from 15-60 people. Do you have a limit to the number of attendees this activity or your facility can accommodate? If so, please list the maximum capacity.

There is a limited budget to support off-site events. Please estimate costs, if any, associated with your proposal.
