Board development is one of the most important investments organizations never make. For an organization to stimulate the kind of board development it wants, it must follow an intentional process outlined by five key investments. We will focus on the key roles boards play, the lines of authority between boards and staffs, and the specific investments an organization can make to build the board it wants and needs.
