Development Associate for Individual Giving | Penland School of Crafts (Bakersville, NC)

The Development Associate for Individual Giving facilitates efforts to initiate and grow relationships with individual donors of all levels. This includes building relationships with current donors and securing their renewed support, as well as identifying and soliciting prospects for annual and major gift support. This position manages all aspects of the annual fund appeal strategy and support Penland’s scholarship efforts.
