The Leadership Institute requires a great deal of group interaction, and participants must be on-site at Atlantic Center for the duration of the retreat. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
Housing

Leadership Institute attendees will enjoy a private room and bath in the Associate Artist Housing at Atlantic Center, with meals prepared by Atlantic Center's chef. (A limited number of rooms are fully wheelchair accessible; please contact the Alliance if you require an accessible room.) The registration fee includes accommodations and all meals at Atlantic Center.

Travel

New Smyrna Beach is serviced by Daytona Beach Airport (DAB), 20 miles to the north; and Orlando International Airport (MCO), 75 miles southwest of New Smyrna Beach. Shuttles from Orlando range $60-$110 per person round-trip; shuttles from Daytona average $20-$50 per person round-trip. The Alliance will coordinate ride-sharing for participants in order to keep per-person costs as low as possible. Please send your flight information to the Alliance by April 16 so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Transportation to any off-site events will be provided by the Alliance of Artists Communities.
