New Opportunities for Residency Leaders

The Alliance is pleased to announce two exciting new opportunities for residency leaders and other arts administrators!

The Hambidge Center for Creative Arts & Sciences in Rabun Gap, GA is expanding its residency program to welcome Arts Administrators - alongside visual artists, ceramicists, writers, musicians, dancers/performers, scientists, culinary artists and designers. This opportunity is offered to administrators of all arts/culture/environmental organizations!

Applications are due by September 15th, 2018 for residencies during the period of February through April, 2019.

China Residencies and I: project space are seeking a dedicated and aspiring arts administrator for the inaugural Residency Knowledge Fellowship. This year-long paid fellowship takes place at China Residencies in New York City as well as at I: project space in Beijing, and will provide hands-on and theoretical training in every aspect of running an international residency program. The Residency Knowledge Fellowship will take place for 12 months starting January 2019 and carries a salary of 12,000 RMB/monthly ($1,770/month USD) with benefits, and a Beijing-NYC round-trip flight.

Applications are due by October 1st, 2018, midnight Beijing time.
