AIR Studio Paducah

Emerging Program member

A.I.R. (artist in residence) studio and efficiency apartment, located in Paducah, Kentucky’s Lower Town Arts District. A space for sabbatical and working vacation retreats for creative people. Rates are $875 per month and $550 for 2 weeks. Rates for shorter or longer stays can be arranged.

The completely furnished efficiency apartment includes a cozy sleeping area, kitchen, small dining area and bath with shower. Appliances include, stove, microwave, frig, dishwasher, washer/dryer. CA/C and ceiling fan(s). Linens, cookware, coffee maker and tableware also provided.

Studio space includes a studio with skylights, high ceilings, ample wall space, utility sink and a rear dock. Computer/WiFi. Three entrances, front, side and rear and a storefront gallery. The rear door accommodates large work.
