Dao House Arts Res

Emerging Program member

The Dao House is a beautiful place for artists, creators, thinkers, writers, choreographers, photographers, musicians, and guest chefs to come create their noble expression. During our winter season, we invite creators to become residents for 2 weeks minimum or up to 2 months in our warm cozy lodge and studio facilities.

You'll find Dao House to be a stimulating place for inspiration and creative expression for one or those within a small group to explore and create while meeting new people. Our land with its beautiful views and warm cozy lodge facilitates the process for deep work, kickstarting new projects and to connect with nature.

The Dao House includes a large open space for visual projects, dance and performing arts. Multiple quiet areas are set aside for writing and multi-purpose studios.

Each individual or group applying for residency is carefully selected to include a range of nationalities, languages, creative disciplines, and cultural backgrounds in order to foster the greatest sense of intercultural community and exchange.
