Essere Residency is an annual, self-directed program designed to encourage the creative and personal growth of writers, artists and creatives of all disciplines at any stage of their career or personal self-expression.
The residency offers a supportive space to cultivate the inner state of being which yields authentic productivity. Each person’s unique creative process is fostered within the context of a vibrant international community, in the tranquility and historic richness of rural Tuscany.

Job Description:
Assist the Director with on-site details before and during the Fall 2024 residency program in Italy.
Requirements:
MUST speak fluent Italian, be able to drive in Italy, and have an interest in the arts!!
Responsibilities:
Be my right hand person for anything needed to serve the artists in residency and create a smooth flowing program. Help with social media postings and workshop setups. Run errands as needed.
Compensation:
Experience of an artist residency + housing and some meals.
