CCA is a non-profit contemporary art space dedicated to building artistic innovation, local power and public access. CCA cultivates expansive thinking and creative expression for a more joyous and equitable future.

CCA's Studio Micro-Residency invites artists to rent a private studio in our space for an affordable price and participate in CCA's community and collaborative projects. Studio Micro-Residencies may last three months to one year.

Fee Details

Studios are priced on a sliding scale from $1/square foot/month to $2/square foot/month, and studios range from 80 square feet to 140 square feet. Artists are expected to contribute advisory or technical support hours and may elect to increase work exchange hours for rent reduction.
