This #ResidenciesConnect session will focus on topics unique to programs that support dance, theater and other performing arts practices.

ACA is excited to welcome Kelly Burdick, Executive Director at SPACE on Ryder Farm, and Sadie Woods, Curatorial + Residency Director at Atlantic Center for the Arts, and feature Spotlight Artist, devynn emory, for our first #ResidenciesConnect of the year.

Performing Arts Residencies will focus on topics unique to programs that support dance, theater and other performing arts practices. Member organizations are invited to discuss concerns unique to their programs, including the need for discipline-specific facilities, accommodating ensembles, presentation opportunities for residents and more. We invite artist residency organizations that welcome performing artists–including theater, dance, musicians and other performance practices–as well as those curious about developing programs that accommodate performing artists to attend.

ACA is increasing its support for performing arts residencies and finding new resource streams. As we grow this membership area, we want to hear from you about how to best support your needs.
