Liz Maugans, current Executive Director of the nonprofit artist workshop Zygote Press, is stepping down.

Zygote was founded in 1996 and Maugans has served as Executive Director for 12 years. Zygote was established as an open, collaborative shop — to give artist printmakers affordable access to facilities.
