Jackrabbit Studios invites creatives and facilitators in any stage of practice — however budding or in bloom, and in whatever version of hesitation or shadow. Designed as a loving witness and safe backdrop for practice and refinement, Jackrabbit Studios welcomes you to craft a residency or retreat to meet you in this season of practice — and evolve you to the next one.
Prior residents have composed and arranged albums achieving 'meteoric star power'; dreamt and designed new clothing lines; choreographed and filmed future stage performances; penned poems of owls soon to be printed by Penguin and self-published a book of field notes from the land; self-organized a queer BIPOC communal residency and showcase event including live music performances and a visual art exhibition; drafted successful entries for major conferences and revamped business plans with necessary perspective. Creative families have grown here, and found families have gotten quite creative. So many have hosted and participated in healing and transformational retreats, developed new traditions, and lasting rituals. And those who've arrived sola have been awakened and reminded by vast and deep connectivity.

We offer residencies at three sliding scale tiers: Support, Sustain, & Regenerate.
Support — Entire Property: $1000/week; Casona: $800/week; Casita: $450/week
For those with limited financial access and/or are impacted by structural inequity. Residencies offered at this tier are made possible through the support of fellow community members.
Sustain — Entire Property: $1800/week; Casona: $1500/week; Casita: $875/week
This tier reflects the true cost of maintaining the land, property, and concentrated team :)
Regenerate — Entire Property: $2000/week; Casona: $1800/week; Casita: $1200/week
For those with financial stability or institutional support, ensuring that this residency can be accessible and welcome a diverse community of artists and healers.
