ACA supports artist residencies so they can continue to meet the needs of today’s artists.

It is both an honor and privilege to partner with artist residencies to build strong, sustainable organizations that will support artists, creatives and the arts sector at-large for years to come.

We could not do this work without the gracious generosity and support of our foundation partners, membership network and donors. Your donation enables ACA to champion artists, artists residencies and, more importantly, contribute to a more fair and just artist residency field, where any artist or staff member can thrive.

Support ACA and our network with a one-time or recurring donation. All donations are 100 percent tax-deductible and will be acknowledged with a formal letter of receipt.

When making a donation, we ask that you provide either an email or mailing address as your preferred acknowledgement method and how you would like your name to be listed. If there is a specific fund that you want to support directly (e.g., research, scholarships, etc.), please let us know in the memo section of your remittance. We will process your donation accordingly.

Consider an additional gift to the Catalyst Fund!

In 2023, we removed the financial barriers to entry for ACA’s Board of Directors, to ensure that we have working artists, residency leaders, residency partners, policy makers, and representation from historically underrepresented people in our governance structure. This year our board has launched the Catalyst Fund - a new source of funding for board members who may lack institutional support or funding to participate in board related travel and activities.

Please consider an additional gift to launch this vital resource for increased participation and representation in ACA governance!

Artist Communities Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (FEIN #58-2138525). All gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

We acknowledge and greatly appreciate the generous support that we receive for our work from the Andrew K. Mellon Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts.
