The Center for the Arts Evergreen's mission is to enrich and serve our mountain community by promoting and cultivating the arts through quality educational programming, exhibitions, and events.

Center for the Arts Evergreen’s (CAE’s) Artist-in-Residence Program offers the opportunity for emerging and established artists to foster creativity and community engagement while developing both new works and works-in-progress. CAE welcomes artists working across disciplines and media, including visual artists, sculptors, musicians, writers, filmmakers, and more.
