Culture Moves Europe Residency at O Castro Art Village

This Residency Program is a fully funded collaboration between O Castro Art Village, Culture Moves Europe program of the European Foundation, and the Goethe Institut. 

Three selected artist in three distinct disciplines of Architecture, Sound art, and Visual art will be hosted at O Castro for a period of a month. 

Each artist will be working on a spatial study or a permanent installation to be exhibited at O Castro Art Village. The residency is scheduled for the October of 2026.

The studio loft in O Castro is on the first first floor of a newly renovated building. It has a spectacular view to the Mino river gorge and the surrounding vineyards. It is climate-controlled sustainably and is multipurpose with desks and chairs, a fixed video projector, and a projection screen. It has super fast satellite internet access.
