The current residency program at Willapa Bay AiR will end on October 31, 2026.
We will begin work on a major transition of the residency to one focused upon supporting composers and singer-songwriters, including providing sound studio and engineering facilities.
After 13 years of hosting over 500 writers, poets, scholars, composers and visual artists, we wistfully close one curtain but are jazzed about unveiling another.
Willapa Bay AiR will not be accepting applications for 2027 residencies.
