Located on the Italian Riviera near Genoa, the Bogliasco Center awards one-month residential Fellowships to gifted, international individuals at all stages of their careers who are developing significant new creative and scholarly work in the following disciplines: Archaeology, Architecture/Landscape Architecture/Design, Classics, Dance, Film/Video, History, Literature, Music, Philosophy, Public Humanities, Theater, and the Visual Arts. During their stay, Bogliasco Fellows are provided with living quarters, full board, and a work space. Travel expenses are not covered, but a number of Special Fellowships are available, some of which include a travel stipend. The unique composition of the Center’s carefully curated groups results in a vibrant and creative exchange, with conversations expanding beyond traditional boundaries, and cross-disciplinary collaborations often arising.
