Antonio Necuze Appointed Interim Finance + Operations Director at Artist Communities Alliance (ACA)

Antonio Necuze has joined the Artist Communities Alliance (ACA) leadership team as Interim Finance + Operations Director. Antonio brings over 17 years of experience leading high-performance teams in nonprofit and arts sectors. In this new position, he will support all aspects of operational and financial management across the organization.

"Antonio is a mission-driven professional whose diverse experience is an asset to our growing staff, organization and field. As a highly-regarded administrator with deep commitment to cultural work, we are thrilled to welcome him to the Artist Communities Alliance team," stated ACA Executive Director, Lisa Funderbuke Hoffman.

Prior to his work with ACA, Antonio was the Senior Vice President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, where he oversaw the organization’s finance, human resources and operations departments. He has served as the Accounting Director for Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts as well as Financial Controller for the New World Symphony in Miami. Antonio is the President of A&M Business Consultants, a consulting company that helps small to mid-size nonprofits with their financial and operational needs.
