Marble House Project is a multi-disciplinary artist residency program that fosters collaboration & the exchange of ideas by providing an environment for artists across disciplines to live and work side by side. 

The goal of the Lucid Art Residency Program is to provide artists with a serene, retreat-like natural environment for creative exploration and inquiry into arts and consciousness. The Lucid Art Foundation encourages exploration of art through multimedia, conceptual, ecological, and interdisciplinary approaches. 

Lighthouse Works connects artists, writers, choreographers, and composers to Fishers Island and provides them with a unique supportive context to focus on their work.

La Porte Peinte is an international arts centre located in Noyers sur Serein, a medieval village in Burgundy that is celebrated as one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. Based in a rambling medieval half-timbered building that leans out over the village square like something from a fairy tale, La Porte Peinte offers artists, makers, musicians and writers in residence the opportunity to engage in creative exploration and exchange in an unusually inspiring and supportive environment. 

L’AiR Arts* is a not-for-profit organisation (une association à but non lucratif soumise à la loi 1901) with a mission to support intercultural exchange through international arts residency programs. In collaboration with leading arts institutions and professionals, our residency programs support intercultural exchange, research, professional development and contemporary creation – while promoting diversity, inclusion and international understanding through artistic and cultural heritage. Located in Montparnasse, known as a historic hub for international artists in the beginning of the 20th century, the L’AiR Arts residency program grounds its commitment to contemporary arts within a historical perspective. 

Kala Art Institute’s mission is to help artists sustain their creative work over time through its Artist-in-Residence and Fellowship Programs, and to engage the community through exhibitions, public programs, and education.

The heart of Kala’s mission as a vital, California art-making hub is supporting artists and engaging the community. Kala offers professional facilities to those working in and across print and digital media, new media, and performance. Artists at Kala are encouraged to work across disciplines, produce innovative artwork of the highest quality, and are given total freedom to realize their artistic vision using media that span the Gutenberg to digital eras. Kala offers access to equipment, time, and space to cultivate creative projects. 

Founding director and sculptor, Melanie VanHouten, established the 501(c)3 nonprofit Josephine Sculpture Park (JSP) in 2009 on land that was her grandparent’s  farm. JSP is a donor-supported public park that features over 70 artworks along 2 miles of mowed trails across 40 acres of native meadows, fields, and forests. The park is FREE and open every day from dawn to dusk. It is Kentucky's only sculpture park.   

Our Mission is to connect people to each other and the land through the arts. The Park provides creative arts and nature education to the community and transformative opportunities to artists while conserving the beauty of Kentucky’s native, rural landscape.

The Jentel Artist Residency offers dedicated individuals a supportive environment to further their creative development. Nestled in the foothills of the Big Horn mountains, artists, writers, and composers experience unfettered time to allow for thoughtful reflection and meditation on the creative process.

Jentel awards residencies to artists, writers, and composers who are focused and serious about their intent, who may have proven themselves by publication, exhibition or performance or who may not necessarily be well advanced in their work, but who have developed a personal vision or voice. The program welcomes visual artists in all media and writers in fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry and composers in all genres of music.

Each resident is provided with living accommodations that include a private room and a shared common living area with kitchen and a separate studio space.

Anyone over 25 years of age who is a citizen of the United States is eligible to apply. Those currently enrolled in academic programs are ineligible to apply.

The Haystack Mountain School of Crafts is an international craft school located on the Atlantic Ocean in Deer Isle, Maine. Founded in 1950 as a research and studio program in the arts, Haystack offers one and two-week studio workshops in ceramics, blacksmithing, fiber, graphics, metals, and wood to participants of all skill levels as well as the two-week, Open Studio Residency program, exhibitions, tours, auctions, artist presentations, and shorter workshops for Maine residents and highschoolers
