The Gem of Cyclades program combines cultural enrichment with artistic activities. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in ceramic art lessons at Chimera Art and Craft, meet local painters, and take cooking classes with Nikos Pouliasis, the acclaimed chef from Santorini’s Koukoumavlos, among other proposed activities

Guided tours offer an in-depth look at Syros. Explore the neoclassical architecture of Ermoupolis, including the Town Hall and Kois mansion, and discover the medieval and Cycladic architecture of Ano Syros. Experience the historical Zisimatos Textile Factory, enjoy a brunch there, and learn about traditional Syrian loukoumi sweets at Sykoutris Cookhouse. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate a visit to a local winery for a tasting session.

Syros’ combination of historical charm, artistic vibrancy, and natural beauty makes this program a comprehensive and enriching experience, offering a deep dive into the island’s cultural and creative landscape while ensuring an enjoyable and memorable stay.
