In 2024, ACA will launch the Mount Tremper Arts Legacy Fund that will distribute more than $200,000 over the next decade in support of artists and artist residencies throughout the Catskill and Hudson region.
About Mount Tremper Arts (MTA):
Mount Tremper Arts (MTA) opened in 2008 as a laboratory space in the Catskill Mountains dedicated to supporting artists in the creation and presentation of new works of contemporary art – and building a community that allowed artists to support each other.
Before its closing in 2022, MTA hosted over 250 residencies for performing arts companies as well as 135 public events, and supported a broad range of emerging to internationally renowned artists working in dance, theater, music, poetry, opera, criticism, and the visual arts.
