Residency Programs Profiles

The Oolite Arts’ Studio Residency Program provides artists with the time, space and resources to reach new levels of excellence.

Open AIR is a place-based Artist-in-Residence program that connects artists from all disciplines and origins with culturally, historically, and ecologically significant locations through collaborative partnerships in Montana.

Open AIR is a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization that fosters creative collaboration in Montana. With headquarters in Missoula, MT, we serve urban and rural areas of Montana. 

Haystack’s Open Studio Residency runs from September 1–12, 2025. The program fosters a dynamic exchange of ideas among peers and provides two weeks of studio time and an opportunity to work in a community of makers.

Osage Arts Community is a residency program that provides temporary time, space, and support for the creation of new work in a retreat format. These creative residencies are generally anywhere from one week to one year but average around six months.

For the first time ever, anyone can apply to become a SFI partner as long as they are an artist, cultural leader, or environmentalist working in or on behalf of South Fulton County.

PASS: Performing Arts Salon Saturdays is a performing arts residency program that takes place at Snug Harbor, focusing on the creation and development of new, original work in dance, music, theater, and multi-disciplinary performance.

The Penland Core Fellowship Program is a two-year work-study fellowship for early career artists looking to expand technical skills and material fluency while working to support the day-to-day operations of a craft school.

R.A.R.O Barcelona offers an itinerant Artists In Residence program that allows artists to create in the different studios that are part of the R.A.R.O. network in Barcelona.

RADicle is The Croft Residency's collaborative residency with RAD Fest in Kalamazoo, MI. The residency includes a fall residency at The Croft, usually in September, and a performance opportunity the following spring as a featured artist at RAD Fest in Kalamazoo, in early March.
